They came out right away. The man was really good. They installed them perfectly and it didn't take long. I had to take the one of the blinds in because I pushed it up to far and then it would not go up or down after that, so they fixed if for me for free.

Artie came out and we showed him what we wanted. He then showed us various samples. We picked out what we wanted. He measured the windows and gave us an estimate. The blinds were ready to be installed within about a week. The installer came out and installed the blinds in approximately 4 hours. He was very professional and cleaned up very well after the job was completed.

Artie was a great salesman. He was methodical and persevered for the sale! It started when I called the Blind Connection for an estimate on purchasing and installing wood blinds for some rooms in my home. At first I thought they were high priced and decided not to go ahead with the purchase. Three months later my phone rang and it was Artie asking if I had made a decision and I replied that I had not. Three months later he called again and I again told him that I had not made a decision. Another six months goes by and I finally wanted to get them and called Artie back. In hindsight I wished I would have shopped around but I felt that Artie had worked for the sale and he had made an extraordinary attempt at getting the sale so I called him back. Although having all the measurements from a year earlier he insisted on visiting the house again and remeasuring all the windows. I wanted to have the wood blinds installed. When he was finished I even decided to add a couple more windows to the order. It's the scheduling of the installation that this company severely lacks customer service in, and all the confusion starts. My work is not 8 to 5 so I insisted to Artie, and he wrote on the invoice Saturday installation and I also insisted that they remove all the old window treatments from the house. My first conversation with their "installation scheduler" was where I was told that they had all Saturdays booked for weeks and that they would be happy to install in the evening. I felt I was being bullied; I told them I don't know if I would have a meeting come up, but scheduled the installation for the following Wednesday. Of course something came up and had to cancel the installation and was told that the "installation scheduler" was out that Monday and she would call me the following day. A message was left for me and I called back the following day explaining that it was better for me to schedule a Saturday and again I was told the earliest would be three weeks away at which time I got very frustrated and explained that I felt like they were doing me a favor and did not appreciate they way they did business and if they could not do the installation I would find someone else to do the job and hung up. The owner called back (Barry) and made it work!

The Blind Connection was prompt and courteous. The price was reasonable also. My blinds are beautiful. I was unexpectedly pleased with the way they turned out. They came in four days instead of the ten days we thought it would take.
