Todd did a fantastic job on the piece. When we moved to a new house and didn't have a space for the rug to hang vertically, he moved the wire for a horizontal hang for free. He even offered another company that would take old photographs and restore them. We will return to the shop for our other framing needs.

I thought that they did a beautiful job, as they have done in the past, but also found the price shockingly high to frame two posters. Apparently the UV glass designed to prevent fading added to the cost, as they charged $75 on each for the special glass. I should probably have made my concerns known at the time of the order as the individual cost components were not itemized on the bill - I might have tried to select less expensive materials. Similar sized artwork which I had framed a year or two ago at the same business came in at around $215, including a nice frame and mat. They do beautiful work and provide your framed piece ready to hang, with hanging wire attached and even provide the correct picture hooks for each item. The work was ready right on time, about 11 days after dropping off the work. Their prices seem a little excessive to me, otherwise they would have received an A grade.
