Travis was amazing! I called Travis yesterday in the evening and he took my call after 7pm since my washing machine stopped working. He came today and brought the drain pump with him based on the error codes on the washing machine. He took the machine apart and the drain trap had 2 kids socks jammed in there which caused the washer not to work. The part he brought with him was not needed and he only charged me for the service appointment. I also had Travis look at my Refrigerator/Freezer ice maker since it wasn’t pushing ice out of the machine. He was able to fix this issue in 10 minutes. I would 100% recommend Travis for any appliance related issue and will be referring him to all of my contacts. He was very professional and explained everything to me and guarantees his work for 90 days. Thanks again Travis!!!!

Excellent. Best experience hiring a technician who was professional, knowledgeable, capable, patient, and thorough. Refrigerator was blinking temp problem. Temp was at 65 degrees. Tried re-start after shutting breaker. Dropped temp to 61, but wouldn't go lower. Called TH Factory Service at 3 PM.
