No itemized bill. So I have no idea if the "discount for video" was applied. I have no idea what was parts, labor. No idea what was for cleaning the clog, versus replacing pipe.
No credit card reader (they took an imprint of my AMEX... very 1980s.) So, if you have a new card with no raised numbers, they can't accept it.
Charged 5% for using a credit card. Again, no itemization on the invoice, so this may have been fiction.
They did a great job, but since I was in a corner with a regularly clogging house, I get the impression I got fleeced. For the remaining 30 feet of work, I'll get bids and fully expect to pay a fraction of this.
I can't really recommend these guys unless you have multiple quotes, in writing.

This is my second experience with them since moving to this area. I made the unfortunate mistake of using another company because they offered a "deal." Their deal cost me twice what I thought and they took no responsibility for an error they made.
Anthony fixed something that they had done incorrectly and did not charge me for it. By doing this Terry's Plumbing has earned my loyalty.
Honest, professional and straight forward, not to mention with in reason pricing, there is no reason to use any one else.
"We were and still are a little confused at the negative review the Mr. {Member's name removed} left after receiving an email from Mrs. {Member's name removed} stating that she was completely satisfied. She also stated that she would recommend us to her friends and family, as well as use Terry's Plumbing for any of her own plumbing needs in the future. We contacted Mr. {Member's name removed} to try and resolve the issue since it was with him and not his wife. When we spoke he stated he wasn't aware that his wife had wrote the conflicting email to his negative review. We listened to his concerns in regards to the work we did in his home, and tried to make sure he knew that we truly cared that he was not happy. We wanted to resolve this issue and tried to offer multiple avenues to Mr. {Member's name removed} to try and make him a happy customer. He was unwilling to allow us to try and rectify the situation. We are a very well respected company that truly cares when a customer is upset, no matter how big or small the problem may be. We pride ourselves on our work ethic, professionalism and customer satisfaction. We are very sorry for the misunderstanding and hope that with time we can move forward and rebuild a positive working relationship because we do appreciate your business very much."
