Terry always showed up as scheduled and kept our lawn (located in an HOA community) looking good and up to community standards. Terry is a one-man business and does all the yardwork himself, so if you have problems or issues you will deal directly with the owner, not some unknown employee.

I have used him for four years, and he is wonderful. He cuts grass, does edging and all that stuff and blows everything out. He is extremely good because I have dogs, and he always makes sure that my fences are secure when he leaves, which I appreciate. He is very meticulous with what he does. I have a pool and he doesn’t get any blades of grass in my pool; I don’t know how he manages that. He charges me $30, but it depends on the size of the yard and everything like that. I would rate him highly and would continue to use him in the future.

He is fantastic. He charges me on a monthly basis. His price varies with the size of the lawn. I have been using him for 4 years. He is really good. I have dogs and he always makes sure the fences are closed. He also makes sure that no grass gets in my swimming pool. He is great. I will use him again in the future.

Terry arrives and begins by mowing the grass. He then proceeds to edge around the flowerbeds, trees, sidewalks, pool, driveways, etc. To finish up the process, he will blow the leaves and grass away from the patio, sidewalks and driveways and is careful not to blow any grass clippings into the pool. Sometimes there are "rain delays", but the yard always looks wonderful once he is finished.
