Bill took pictures every step of the way in case the insurance adjuster needed them to complete the claim.  All of the debris was removed and hauled away promptly and salvageable items were cleaned and left in an orderly manner.  The entire area was scrubbed down with fungicide after the dry-out and then an air quality test was performed.  He kept me informed every step of the way and had worked with my adjuster before, so was able to explain the situation to him in language that made it easier for the adjuster to do his job.  Bill and his team are professional, reliable and I recommend them highly.
