Firstly, I didn't go with my low bidder, by a long shot in hopes of getting quality service and product. Alex came over and sprayed the lawn with the grass killer. That did a good job killing the grass. The grass in my yard sat like this for over two weeks before they fit me back in their schedule. In the meantime I had my irrigation system tuned up to ensure I could properly cover the new grass. They laid the new sod and it looked OK but within 10 days it started looking brown and patchy. Soon I noticed brown spots on the leaves. Luckily the surrounding grass still looks healthy. I have requested a visit by Terra Verde at least 3 times to at least try and save this grass before I ask for a complete replacement. I have been told Alex will come by but have never seen or heard from him. This was 1500 square feet of sod, not a big job. Perhaps this was too small a job for this company.

"We were hired to install new grass, we got the best grass and quality for an excellent price, the installation was performed and instructions were given to customer, they need it to check irrigation for coverage and fertilization, also check for any animals eating the grass (that Is part of pest control) we are not license and can only give advices on it. Our job was completed and was beautiful"

Job was incompleted and and didnt come back to finish. When I called them within 2 days they quoted me an additional fee that was very high and exagerrated, so I ended up completing the job myself. Since the company never came back as promised and I made the payment in full, I never received a receipt for services rendered, guarantees on parts, etc. Unfortunately this was a bad experience for me.

We had a long conversation over the phone (30 Minutes) sorry we are a professional company, we have a scale of prices for the pipes, the estimate time to complete the job was 1 hour no (20 minutes) as you mentioned. Lets be more respectful, we dont want customers like you. Thank you.. Also you understood the Job cost was $5 and you paid the Technician.. we re reimburse you the money."

Terra Verde Services were very professional and diligent. The work required was replacing most of the 20 year old sprinkler equipment. I was very happily surprised with the results. Now that part of the home is something to be proud of. We will gladly recommend MR Pifano for your lawn irrigation needs. I will definitely call them for any future lawn projects.

They were prompt in coming to give me an estimate. Came the next day to do the work and it was a DISASTER!!!!! They “chopped” to almost extinction a beautiful White Bird that needed a bit of cleaning up and managed to expose to full sun my collection of Orchids which are all now DEAD. Needless to say, filling in the mulch was never done and the sprinklers never looked at. Amateur work by people who have NO clue!!!!! Do not hire them unless you also want your yard to be destroyed!

The owner Alex made it a point to come himself after completing his work day. He was attentive to my work needs, cordial and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. His assistant, who I believe is his wife, was expeditious in getting him here the same day I called. I was extremely impressed! I have hired them also for monthly maintenance.
