Called Greg 3 times before I got a response. When he finally showed up, he called and said he wouldn’t get out of his truck because of the rain to change the water valve INSIDE of my condo, knowing that I had already requested the water to be shut off in my building. He wouldn’t even roll down his window to talk to us. Rude and unprofessional.

Unlike too many South Florida service organizations, they do answer the phone, they do show up when they are scheduled, they do quality work and, they always listen and respond to home owners questions. My wife and I are very satisfied, and we will use them again in the future, and we recommend that you do as well.

Could not have gone better. Fast, clean and inexpensive for the work done.

Tebbe's employee quickly determined where leak originated from. Re-soldered a joint and had it fixed in no time.

Impressed to say the least. Greg helped with our concerns on which type of water heater to purchase. He was honest and patient as well with the many questions we had. His Technician Mr. Yansnel and partner, were punctual, courteous at all times, took his time in explaining the replacement process, helped understand how the new unit worked, took time to leave the working area and were the old water heater was very clean. Then at the end he took the time to go over the timer setup and the warranty. Impressive! I would not hesitate calling them for any future plumbing needs we may have and highly recommend them.

Ivan called in advance and gave me a heads-up of when he would arrive - he actually arrived a little early which was great. Very professional and courteous - went straight to work and in very little time had done an excellent job in replacing the faucet. We tested everything and it was perfect.
I would highly recommend their services and would use them again without hesitation!

Chris and Forest showed up to clean a clogged drain.  They were extremely professional, polite, and thorough in their work.  The work was done efficiently, and everything was left in perfect order.  In addition, Gregg, the owner, took the time to answer all my questions on the phone the previous day.  I will certainly call on them again, if I need plumbing services.  I was extremely pleased,

On April 2, Vince & Forrest came to  our house to look at the many plumbing jobs we needed done, including re-plumbing our house
 with copper  and repairing a shower. They were both extremely nice and seemed competent & responsible. We felt optimistic that we'd finally found plumbers who understood our respect for old fixtures and our interest in saving them. We looked forward to having them work on our houses. When they left, we were told that the boss, Gregg, wouldl call with an estimate.
To date (April 16), despite having called and left at least 3 messages over the past few weeks, we have not had the courtesy of a call. We left a message asking Gregg to let us know if he just didn't want to do the job, but have heard nothing. 
This situation is very unfortunate because Tebbe plumbing was recommended by a friend, gets good reviews, the plumbers were ones we felt comfortable with, and we didn't bother to get any other estimates. 
If this is lack of communication and courtesy is normal for Gregg Tebbe, it makes me question the wisdom of using the company.

Everything excellent

Great! Clean, very fast, explained exactly what they were doing and made suggestions.

I had previously called Tebbe to ask a question when another provider (my service co. had me use) was trying to get more money out of me for a new hot water heater, stating TWICE I needed things I did not need. I then went ahead and had Tebbe Plumbing do the work as I knew it was an honest company.

We are very disappointed with their lack of costumer service. We have actually used their services before and we expected that they would value our business as returning costumers. However, we had to leave numerous messages that were not returned. We waited almost 2 weeks for a partial estimate and could not reach anyone for 3 days about questions we had concerning the incomplete estimate. When we finally did speak to someone about our estimate, we could not reach them again for follow-up questions. We ultimately had to find new plumbers to help us and will not use Tebbe plumbing again.

We had a very favorable business dealing with them so I like them very much. They were extremely accommodating and professional. They were personable. They showed up on time. They were very good to deal with.

This is the second time we've used Tebbe Plumbing, and we will continue to do so. Vince came out and installed a new 80 gal hot water heater, replaced a toilet, and ran piping so we could have a hose outlet just inside the garage. He arrived on time, did a great job, and made some good suggestions. We were very happy with the entire experience.

He has very reasonable prices and sticks to them. There is nothing that he has not been able to fix for me. He is very reliable and there is a reason I have been using his services for so long.

Excellent service from the guys Mr. Tebbe sent! They are my plumbers to call now.

Very thoughtful plumber, clean, friendly and the price was fair. Showed within 30 minutes of appt and called beforehand. Found the leak without damaging much ... just two small holes in the drywall.
