This fitness center offers everything: weight room, exercise machines and gym classes included for less than $200/year.

It is a small gym and they have aerobic classes' several days a week with Zumba and stuff like that upstairs. They have free weights in a room down stairs, with machines in the other room. The two owners husband and wife run are Wendy and Baughman are both personal trainers and they train the clients there. They have been around for almost 30 years. My experiences with them have been very good. Their pricing is very good. It beats all the other places. They have got very good pricing. It is a smaller place and it is not like 24 hour fitness by any means but for basic stuff it is a great place. They are very personable. Everyone is known by name there. That is what is nice about the place. All their clients are by word of mouth. I will continue to use them in the future.
