Had a nearly new microwave just out of warranty. They said it was a switch problem and said they fixed it. It worked for only a couple of days before it stopped working again. Although they said and wrote on the receipt that the work was warranted, they do not now answer the phone when I call. I will be getting a new microwave and will NEVER call these crooks again.
