She does a very good job and very thorough cleaning work, kind and compassionate, mannerly and courteous. The first time she came, she actually followed all the steps that I have requested and ever since I don't have to follow her every time. She does the work without any complaints. She also does my daughter's house and she does a very good job on that as well.

She was very professional and came on time. I wanted to start a new year off with a professionally clean house and was very satisfied she did the Fans n baseboards. But I was especially satisfied with the bathroom here she gave extra attention.

I met with Suzette on the original date agreed upon and when she saw the amount and type of cleaning needed, we agreed upon another date when she would bring two other team members with her to achieve "deep" cleaning. They arrived on time and cleaned for more than 4 hours. The job that they did was professional and efficient and I was very pleased with the result.

I hired them a few weeks ago and my home was SPOTLESS and for an awesome price as well. I look forward to hiring them again. They were so professional.

It was awful. I used Angie's List because my 90-year-old mother got out of the hospital and I myself have been ill so the apartment has not been as clean as usual. Suzy quoted me a price, $150, which is high but I fell for her spiel on the phone. She said there would be three people deep cleaning my 1300 square foot apartment. She showed up with just one other person and the two did not spend the amount of time promised. In the middle of cleaning she asked for $10 more and I stupidly gave it to her. The worst is when she got to the kitchen she said microwave and stove are not included in a deep clean. Also she said she could not get my mother's shower floor clean. I have since had another cleaner come and do a walk-through who demonstrated how easy it is to get my mother's shower floor sparkling clean. This other person pointed out all sorts of things that were not cleaned or not cleaned well, some of which I noticed after Suzy left, some of which I didn't. It certainly was not a deep clean. It was not even a good clean. The person I've since hired is getting half the money Suzy took from me. I was taken advantage of. She talks a good game but that's all.

Suzy is a wonderful person and an amazingly diligent worker. This was the very first time I'd ever considered having my home cleaned but, as a busy single mom with a full-time job, I needed the help. Suzy did an amazing job! My five year old even said that our house looked and smelled wonderful once she got home from school today. Suzy is very warm and and worked really hard and did a wonderful job. Very respectful of my home and my possessions. Thank you Suzy!!! See you again soon!!!
