SUPER DRY CARPET CLEANING

I contracted Super Dry to clean my ceramic tile.  Two men came out, cleaned, left, then within 2 hours my base boards along the tiled hallway began to warp and my stainless steel kitchen sink showed chemical stains.  I called and complained.  The owner Tal Zamir 954-512-8032 finally came out to see the damage and told me the sink must be cleaned with his solution to remove the stains immediately and he would do that. He never did. The baseboards along 2 sides of my hallway were severely warped and pulling away from the wall, and the bathroom tile was still dirty.  Mr. Zamir told me he would replace the baseboards, hand clean the bathroom tile, clean the stained sink. He never did.  He never showed up after the initial appointment.  I scheduled at least 10 appointments for which he stood me up. He always had an excuse. This is a very unreliable businessman.  He is not interested in customer satisfaction, hires cheap inexperienced labor that will now cost me about $500.00 to fix the damages and he does not stand behind his work.  This  company has a fancy website that is totally misleading and is willing to take anyone's money for inferior work.  HE HAS SEVERAL DIFFERENT ADDRESSES.  THIS COMPANY IS very suspicious.

THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND GOT RIGHT TO WORK. I THINK THAT THEY COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE SURE TO CLEAN UP AFTER THEY WERE DONE. THEY ALSO EXPLAINED DIFFERENT PRODUCTS THAT WE COULD USE ON OUR FURNITURE.

THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. THEY MADE SURE THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THE QUALITY OF WORK DONE WAS GREAT. THEY GOT ALL THE ROOMS DONE IN GOOD TIME.

THIS COMPANY CAME AND RAN OFF WITH OUR MONEY AND THEY DID NOT FINISH THE JOB. I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE AND COMPLAINED TO BBB. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY SERVICES TO ANYONE.
