My situation has changed; I no longer need those services. I definitely would recommend them. I was very happy with how they would respond to special requests. As far as I'm concerned, unless somebody is really bad, it's kind of hard to tell how good of a job somebody does. They could come on a day like today, and five minutes later we wouldn’t know they were there because of the wind. On the weekly basis, I was happy with them. I would still be using them. Things that got me to change because I've used a number of pools companies would be not showing up or showing up and I see that they leave in a minute and a half. So I say what can they really be doing in that amount of time. I definitely would recommend them to a friend, relative or anybody. It's not like we had a special request every week, but every once in a while we did if were having an event or something like that. I would call the owner; we had a good relationship. He would always do his best to accommodate us. It was a reciprocal relationship where sometimes he was shorthanded. He would give me advance notice, and say that they were not going to make it that day but that they would definitely be there next day. He would ask if that was okay or if they had to show up. We would go through those kinds of things. I appreciate somebody that's proactive like that, and I definitely work with them. I was very happy with them. If I needed their service today, they would still be the company of choice. With regard to price, I used at least four or five different providers. I don’t think their pricing was the most expensive nor the cheapest. I felt that there was some value there.
