Sun Kitchen Services was the only recommended service provider for Insinkerator disposals in my area. Roland informed me up front of the service charge of $75 if the problem was not a malfunction of the disposal, which was still under the 3 yr. warranty. He came out on the first business day after the call and even called to say he would be 20 min. later than scheduled, which I always appreciate. He heard the noise and immediately found and extracted the lodged screw. He discounted the price to $65. The entire service visit took 15 min. I would definitely use Roland again. He only repairs disposals and refrigerators.
