When the manager called the cleaning ladies the cleaning ladies lied. They made as though we had a conversation about the broken slat and I said not to worry about it. Right! Outright lies, when we had no such conversation. If we did why would I be calling to inform the manager of the broken vertical slat?

Then I mention to the manager how perhaps they are afraid to lose their job (when it's a simple thing). The manager said how they aren't afraid to lose their job because if something is broken they tell her and the company fixes it.

Do not use this company to clean your house because if they break something they won't admit to it? Then what they break becomes your fault for using their cleaning business in the first place.

I'm going to report Sun Cleaning to the Better Business Bureau so others will know what type of company they are dealing with.

This is very sad when they do a good job cleaning. But if a person (business) isn't honest in their dealings with their customers it makes no difference what a good job they do when their integrity is in question.

We had used Sun Cleaning on the date stated and we called them recently to have them clean our place, and things went quickly downhill.  Apparently, the owner never answers the phone and is an absentee owner.  In his place, he put a woman who barely speaks intelligible English and doesn't know much beyond reciting the standard script of rates.  If there is any question or problem she can't answer it and it's apparently above her skills.

Consequently, I asked the owner to call me since his order taker/ receptionist was giving us ridiculously high prices to clean our places ($45/hr. and $135 to clean our small place).  Needless to say the owner is so lazy that he never even bothered to return our call.  And judging by the poor reviews he and Sun Cleaning have received here maybe it's a good thing.  It seems this business has gone completely downhill and maybe this is just one of the owner's pet projects that he is do busy or too thrifty to have well run.  I'll pass on them and I would recommend you do the same!

One of the ladies was a woman who had been to clean our house from Sun Cleaning before.   The second lady was someone neither my husband or I had met previously.
Unfortunately, both my husband and I had to leave the house about 30 minutes prior to the cleaners completing the job, so they were alone in the house.   This was a big mistake!!    We arrived home after the cleaning service had left.
Shortly after, we discovered that all the cash in the house was gone!  Also, all our good jewelry was gone!!! 
This included my husband's diamond studded tie clips, several sets of assorted gold, silver and onyx cuff links with diamond and sapphire studs, and other jewelry.   My diamond tennis bracelet and much of my other jewelry was also gone. 
Most importantly to us, my deceased mother's jewelry was gone, including a beautiful, custom gold ring with 6 emerald cut diamonds.  Some of my mom's jewelry was given to her by her mother and her grandmother and can never be replaced.   I am truly heartbroken.
Many of these items were in different places and in different rooms of the house.  We filed a police report with the Margate Police and have been assigned a detective.
We contacted Sun Cleaning.  My husband spoke to J.B. Glossinger with no resolution and I later contacted Pilar Glossinger, who refused to speak to me but stated that 'I should talk to the police and the police will speak to the Glossingers' lawyer'.     
Our loss of precious jewelry was not bad enough.   Adding insult to injury was the response of the Glossingers.   Although they proudly represent that they are bonded and insured, this is useless!!!     They  refuse to inform neither us, or the Detective, what company handles their insurance. 

They have completely stonewalled our efforts to confront and resolve this matter.   The Glossingers have referred the Margate Police Detective to speak with their attorney and refuses to disclose the names of the people that were in my house that day.
 

Consistently show up on or before scheduled time, always professional demeanor, and are thorough. Have broken a few things over the years, (which is why I rated as good, not excellent) but with the exception of one incident, have reported it when doing so. Flexibile and responsive if I need to reschedule.

Teresa and Nelly did a wonderful job cleaning my house! I pointed out several areas that were of concern because my old cleaner had never touched them like the oven, and they exceeded my expectations. The appointment was set on short notice and they were right on time. Sandy at the office is great with the scheduling. I will keep using this service. For the job they do it is no more expensive than using an "under the table" individual cleaner.

I have used them for over 10 years. Never disapointed. Highly recommend. Affordable and reliable.

They do a decent job. But sometimes I get different people; it is like not always the same people. I request for certain people. I had two girls that I really like and they do a great job. They were pretty efficient with their time that was one of my concerns when I had them over. They did the work pretty quickly. They were very punctual.

They do a fine job.  They are pretty professional from a scheduling perspective.  We can call them and they would show up when they say they would; usually they come out earlier.  Their price is about average.
