STAR CLEANING

I used them for 2 years. I explained that I was not looking for housecleaning but I am looking for housekeeping. I also wanted the same person or persons the same day of the week and the same time. I was very upfront about my needs and I also informed them that I had cats, so that the people were okay with it and could expect cat hair. So we got started but every once in a while I would get a call after they were supposed to be there, telling that they were not going to come in. It was a man and a woman team, and I liked the woman a lot. She was very good and the man in the team started off good but the woman did all the work. Finally I got a little tired of his lack of work ethics and said something to him about it. He got offended and had a bit of an attitude which was not good. So it finally came to an end.

They are excellent in every way. They clean my home in two hours. The woman that runs the company is very reliable and pleasant. The couple that cleans my home are very pleasant as well. They will do special things that I need also.

They gave me a price over the phone but when they arrived they gave us a higher price. I went head and had them do the work since they were already there but I wasn't happy with that. The cleaning of the house was acceptable. They offered a lower price for future cleaning but there is not going to be a next time.

They did a good job. They were a little bit pricey, but they were clean and explained everything to me. I thought they did a good job and everything was how I expected.

I was not happy with the end result.

Price is per hour for two people.

The first house cleaning was $90 for 3 hours and the second time was $75 for 2.5 hours. The owners of the company are very professional and definitely wanting to please you. They work very hard and pay more attention to detail than people I have had in the past. They were able to get me on the schedule pretty quickly.

The two woman team arrived early. The ladies were very pleasant to work with. They did a good job and the price was within the range originally quoted. We will definitely hire this company again and am happy to recommend them.

I have to say that I was not pleased with the service this company provided. The team they sent was a grandmother, grand daughter team. The grandmother was wonderful, but the grand daughter had lied about having completed some of the work. I think it was because the company puts them in so much pressure to complete their work in a certain time frame, rather than please the customer. I called the company when I discovered the problems and they did reduce the cost, I do not remember what I ended up paying.

Went very well, took 2 1/4 hours. I asked if $70.00 was good and they said yes. Did a very good job overall. Made appointment for every three weeks.

Ms. Espinoza indicated that she could provide me with that type of service. After some scheduling problems, she managed to set me up with a couple who are working out to my expectations. The couple who do the cleaning are punctual, courteous, and conscience. So far, I am very pleased and plan to continue with the company.

I called on short notice and they were able to accommodate me. They were prompt and the two person team was very professional. They did the work that was necessary, they brought all of their own cleaning tools (my vacuum had been fried by trying to use it as a shop vac), and it was as painless and pleasant as could be. My regular person is back, but I have recommended them to a sick friend and have made the arrangements with the owner to do his place.

The job ended up taking an extra hour due to the size of the rooms but I was called by the owner and asked to approve the extra time. They charge $30 an hour for 2 people and do a very thorough job. I intend to use them in the future.

STAR CLEANING IS A BIG BLESSING FOR ME AND MY HOME. MY CAREER HAS ME IN AND OUT OF MY HOME DAILY AND NO TIME TO CLEAN. MY MAID IS VERY RELIABLE, HONEST, AND HELPFUL. MY BELONGING NEVER COME UP BROKEN OR MISPLACED OUT OF FIVE YEARS OF SERVICE.
