Printing - Copies, Computer Repair
I went into the store to purchase a router. I didn't really know that they had technicians who would come to your house and repair your computer. I have been having problems with my computer and couldn't get them resolved, even though I had several service calls at my house by different computer technicians. I am a senior citizen and not very knowledgeable about the inner workings of my computer.
They sent the nicest young man over and he was able to fix quite quickly what had other technicians stumped. His name was Tony Masters. I had to purchase an additional piece of equipment to make the fix (not very expensive) and this young man came over on his day off to install it. He wanted to make sure I had everything working correctly. It now works perfectly. I thought the price was very reasonable and would call them again when I have a problem.
