Excellent installation except for the job on the stairs. We needed to reorder a different wood to allow for the top stair nose to remain flush with the flooring.

Crew was efficient and very neat. Completed job in less time than expected and left no mess behind!

They completed job in a professional manner. They delivered what I ask for. The end result of the tile work was good.

I found spears Flooring by using Angie's list. Josephine was warm, kind, and helpful, but most of all she really knows how to install laminate flooring. Her team of installers were professional, meticulous and fast.They took care of all my request with the installation. they cleaned up so well that if it wasn't for the beautiful new floor you almost wouldn't know they had been here. Thank you Josephine.

The tile came out great, but took a long time; 11 days to do 1200 square feet. I think a second guy would have been perfect. The first problem started with delivery. They had to make 5 trips in a pickup truck to deliver all of the materials which didn't allow them to start until the second day. On the second day they didn't show up until 10 am. The job started on a Tuesday and was to be finished that Friday, then was told Monday which turned into Wednesday and was finally done on the following Friday 11 days later. They also drank my bottled water and helped themselves to what was in my fridge. I found the paint was marked up through out the house from laying tile against the walls, and I now have oil stains in my drive way from their truck. I'm happy with the final project, just not what it took to get there. The installer was very friendly and helpful, I have to give them that, and again his final work game out great.

We met Josephine at Floor and Decor while we were looking at pricing for tile. She sent a person out to measure our home and provided a quote the same evening. We had 3 other highly rated Angie's List tile contractors quote the same job and they could not beat Josephine's price nor the installation date we needed.
We had Spears flooring rip out and lay down 600 sq feet of rectified porcelain tile in our kitchen, family room, dining room and entry way. and another 80 sq feet of tile in our laundry room. They also installed baseboards, quarter round and two marble thresholds.
Josephine subcontracted Michael to do the installation. Michael came with 2 other workers and did a great job on our floors.
I would highly recommend both Josephine and Michael.

I was initially reluctant to have new floors put down because my past experiences in Florida have been so bad when it comes to this type of work. I can honestly say that from start to finish this was a great experience. Josephine, the owner was very helpful in guiding me to find the right flooring for my home. When I told her I was concerned about the mess of moving tile and putting down hardwood, she recommended using a floating floor. It looks beautiful and worked out perfectly.
Mauro and his crew were very professional. They always showed up right on time and worked a full day. When I would get home from work, they would be cleaning up there mess and put everything back the way they found it. They even vacuumed up their dust everyday and stored their tools neatly in the garage. It took them 4 full days from start to finish and they did a really great job in less time than I expected. They were short one small piece of bull nose on the step to the sunken living room (2 ft) and said it would take about 10 days to get in but they would be back. About two weeks later Mauro came back twice during the day to make sure it was sawed and installed perfectly. I mentioned to him that I had just one tiny squeak where the floor came up to the cabinet near the kitchen sink. I told him it really didn't bother me but he insisted on fixing it.
This was definitely the best experience I've ever had with installers in South Florida. Josephine and Mauro Rock!

Josephine was very knowledgable. She was very helpful to my wife. She was very good at color coordination. They were prompt and professional. They crew was courteous and clean.

They are awesome. They are very reliable and what I like best is they will go with you to the home improvement store and help you pick out what you need. This saved a lot of frustration for me. They were very resonable and very efficient. They cleaned up when they were finished every day.

I met Josephine (the owner) at Floor and Decor Outlet in Pompano. She was excellent from the start, I found her advice appropriate and professional. She'll tell you like it is. Excellent communication, her workmen were extremely professional. They cleaned up after themselves every night, promptly arrived in the morning and treated my home like their home.

Bottom line, excellent service, couldn't be happier with Spears Flooring. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
