It went very well.  I was nervous using a non-OEM (aftermarket) part, but the glass they use looks even better than the original.  I am extremely pleased with it.  And the price was very reasonable and much less than I expected to .  Chris, the owner, took such good care of me and my car.  He even drove me to and from work.  He's been doing this a long time and his excellent customer service and quality work shows.  Even though I hope I don't need them again, I am very grateful that I found them and give my highest recommendation.

First Chris responded right away to my emails AFTER HOURS!  
Was super fair, asked if he could sew on Seadoo clips once received and fix my torn seat.  He said yes on the clips but no on the Seadoo seat.   Super honest.
Chris knew I needed the cover back before the end of the week and he had it done.
Was very fair, responsive, price was outstanding and was punctual.  Would recommend.

Very professional! The owner was there on a Saturday and took me right away. We chatted while he did the work and I was out of there 10 minutes later.

Chris( owner/installer ) honored our set-up date, installed the top on time ( single day ) with pick-up the and quot;following morningand quot; after the car sat overnight and a re-check by Chris; ( mandated by a protocol used by knowledgeable professionals ).

The final product was exceptional , not just cosmetically, but Chris fixed the hydraulic system ( responsible for automatically lowering/raising the top) for a nominal charge ( un-operational for at least 1 year ). Incredibly, by providing a used part he had in his shop, I was saved hundreds of dollars. Chris's exceptional results, personality and care for his customers make this service provider impressive!

They were honest, the charge was exactly what they quoted over the phone. The work was excellent, and they were courteous and professional. Can't ask for more than that.

They quoted me one of the best prices and were very knowledge about what would be done and how long the work would take. When I went to their place of work, they took me right in and the work was completed in the said amount of time. It was excellent work, you would not have known that the windshield was replaced. They did a great job.

Work was done on my 2005 Audi TT headliner. The advise that was given was dead-on and the final job was perfect.

The car repair went fine. Unlike your website. No wonder there are so few reviews. You make it quite difficult to provide a review by requiring too much information. Location? Year built? We are talking about a car repair here. Why are you insisting on irrelevant information before letting me submit a simple review? This is my first time trying to do a review on Angie's List, and the experience has strongly discouraged me from trying again.

The workmanship was flawless, the job was done ON TIME, and the price was reasonable. Ther people are very professional and a valuable asset to the people who want to maintain their vehicles in "mint" condition. I would use them again for any automotive interior work!

When our Honda Dealer said it would cost over $700 to fix a sagging headliner, we headed home and straight to Angie's list. Although Southern Auto was 1/2 hr away it was well worth the drive. We were given a fair quote but Chris explained to us how it could be a bigger problem if rust was involved. Thankfully it wasn't but it was nice to know up front that the cost could've gone up. The headliner looks great. We thought they did such a great job that when we went to pick up the Honda, we left our Acura with him for an interior repair. Yes, both cars were fixed for half the Dealer's estimate on just the head liner. You can't beat that! The Owners are no bs, very professional, stand-up guys.

Excellent job. The leather in my car was not standard from the factory. But they did a great job of matching up what was there. First class installation. And when the job took a little longer than expected they dropped my car off at my house when it was finished so I wouldn't be further inconvenienced.

Called to get an estimate over the phone for replacement of the old headliner. Quote for $200, and they would need the vehicle overnight. Took car in and left; upon return the following day, he had installed the new headliner. Work was perfect.
