I had to replace two units and of the four quotes that I obtain South Florida Ducts was the most thoughtful really recommending what was best for our home and giving us budget conscious options. They were able to install the next day. We experience an issue related to the pre-existing drain pipes and they returned later that same Friday night to stabilize the issue. They followed up again that Monday to ensure that the issue was completely resolved. JEREMY, the owner takes great pride in his business and absorbed additional cost. Each of his team members that he sent out were, extremely professional, personable, and kind. They were also the most competitive regarding price without sacrificing quality.

This is a follow up on a review we submitted this morning expressing concern over billing process. Jeremy, owner of S Florida Ducts, called and apologized for the misunderstanding and accepted full responsibility along with refund for additional paid. We were impressed with his sincerity and hence redact our previous review to a full seal of approval!

They did an outstanding job. Prompt, layed down many drop cloths to avoid dirt in house, cleaned register covers, air ducts and a/c itself. Polite, personable careful men who I would say went well beyond what I expected! Would recommend and hire again in a second.

From start to finish, the process was easy and quick. Everyone I dealt with was responsive and professional. I had my ducts and AC cleaned and restored and a UV light installed. The air quality in our home is so much better and my breathing (I have asthma) is vastly improved. From my time of contact until services were completed was about 4 days. Prompt and great service.

I am very satisfied with the services rendered by South Florida Ducts. The technicians were knowledgeable and very punctual. They probably saved me from a health hazard when they did a free inspection the AC unit and discovered mildew and mold. Antonio did a thorough job of cleaning the Unit and installing the UV lamp. The workmanship is professional and clean. They even honored my request for a discount since the cost of cleaning the Unit and sanitizing is more. I would definitely use their service again for any AC related work or maintenance.

This was positively one of the few great contractor experiences. Jeremy runs a first rate company with competent and professional workers. His word is gold and highly recommended. If you need A/C or ductwork or anything related don't hesitate to call them.

It went extremely well. My father is disabled and I was worried he would get over heated. A technician was out immediately and detected the problem. Issue was fixed in less that 1/2 hour. I was very satisfied with the service and professionalism!

They removed the old unit and cleaned up all debris generated by the install.
