 + -1 moreGreat! I couldn't be more pleased. The sales represenative was attentive and prompt. Sonitrol sent their lead installers ahead of the quote to assess our needs and make recommendations. We had a new system installed with a combination of wired and wireless equipment and services. The installers were: on time, professional, polite, clean and efficient. I had some small wrinkles to work-out after the install, but the Sonitrol team took care of everything with expediancy. Their customer service team is the best I've come across in some time. You can find less expensive companies, but I was not after the cheapest quote; I was after value. And for the price paid, I feel Sonitrol delivered excellent value for my dollars.
Description of Work: My home was built in 1992. The original security system was installed when the house was built. It was time for an overhaul and some new technology. In the security field, it's easy to get any number of companies to provide quotes to "renovate" your security system in exchange for your monitoring business. That's not what I was after. I wanted a reputable security firm to come in and assess what I needed to bring my home security system up to 2013 standards. Sonitrol was hired to go over my old system and make recommendations for and install the upgrade.
