Home Security System Service
Great! I couldn't be more pleased. The sales represenative was attentive and prompt. Sonitrol sent their lead installers ahead of the quote to assess our needs and make recommendations. We had a new system installed with a combination of wired and wireless equipment and services. The installers were: on time, professional, polite, clean and efficient. I had some small wrinkles to work-out after the install, but the Sonitrol team took care of everything with expediancy. Their customer service team is the best I've come across in some time. You can find less expensive companies, but I was not after the cheapest quote; I was after value. And for the price paid, I feel Sonitrol delivered excellent value for my dollars.
