Scheduling the service was very easy with MaryAnn. And the installers--Jaime and Debbie--were great. They came over to my place and were very thorough in removing the old tint, cleaning the window, and applying the tint quickly and efficiently. They provided samples to highlight what the tint would look like and also had a meter to indicate the amount of heat mitigation that the different tints would apply. Would happily use them again.

Fair price and friendly service, they wanted the business and knew what they were doing. We received a discount by picture texting the windows instead of them having to come out. Good idea.

The installers showed up on time and they set up scaffolding and made sure to protect all work areas. They provided samples and photos of previous installations to help us decide which was the right product for our home. The job took about 2 hours to complete and at the end they cleaned everything up and removed all thrash. We made the right decision and we are very happy with the product. Our loft area is no longer a sweltering inferno :)

What a great experience! This team understands the importance of good customer service and they work hard to exceed expectations. Mary Ann, who is first contact is knowledgeable, professional, and delightful to deal with. Jamie, who did the installation, did so much more -- detailing the attributes of the various film choices, giving tips on care, and in general being personable and caring. Alex, who assisted Jamie wasted no time in getting to work, and when the job was done, did a complete clean-up, including putting furniture back in place. Installation was only 2 days ago, but so far I am more than satisfied. I strongly recommend the professionals at Solar Pro.

Let’s just say I’m very happy to say that their are still honest and reliable people out there. They are amazing very knowledgeable about the products and probably the best customer service I have ever had and the price was great. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Jaime and his associate were fantastic. Actually the entire job was so professionally handled from start to finish. I sent an email with measurements for a quote and Jamie responded immediately with a reasonable price and we set an installation date and time. They arrived right on time and completed the job quickly and did a superb job despite my wife talking to them the entire time LOL. Definitely would use again!!

The coordinator Mary Ann was extremely helpful. She responded as soon as she received my text with the picture of the door. As the crew were just completing a job in my area they were able to respond within 30 minutes. The crew were exceptionally polite and professional and completed the job in a timely fashion. The service was exceptional!
