"my 11 years experiance as an automotive Locksmith ignition getting stuck on older mercedes cars is a common problem 85% of the time the ignition have to be replace (drilled out & new one put in) 15% of the time it is possible to release it from being stuck . we tried the 2nd option trying to release the ignition wich take alot of patiant (something (member name) dident have much) Ricardo (3rd generation locksmith) was sent out for this job continuesly getting insults from (Mr. and Mrs. member name).it come to a point that the ignition swich had to be replaced (1st option) Ricardo had to go back to the shop and get a power tool to drill the ignition out , the power tool was at that time at Nir (Owner) van doing a job ,As soon as he was dune with the job Nir joined Ricardo to finish (member name)’s car when they came to start to work on the car, (member name) approched them agressively and fisicly thretned them ('' Not here,there's cameras heare'') was the words of (member name).at that point i have instucted Nir & Ricardo to come back to the shop (member name) did not pay a dime to smiley locksmith ,ending up doing the same job by someone else charging him twice our quote Smiley Locksmith providing quality service to over 20 customers per day every day & night for the last 6 years 99.9999% are happy customers"
