One gentleman did most of the work, the helper left a lot to be desired. Had to point out what did not get done or did not meet an expectaion.

This is the third time Shine has come to clean our windows! What a wonderful job and makes such a difference! Beginning with the ease and convenient scheduling completed by Bernadette , and the efficiency of Curt and his crew , Justin and Brad , we couldnâ  t be happier with the results. They could not have been more accommodating or do a better job inside and out.

I had the outside, inside and screens on all of my windows cleaned. The price was reasonable and they came up with it through Google, without having to come to my house first. The people that came to my house were friendly, safe, trustworthy and did a wonderful job!

The crew leader came out and gave us an estimate and he was extremely professional and courteous. He said shines prices might be a little higher than others but due to our comfort level with him we gave them the job and were not disappointed. Before they came out to clean the windows I checked there previous reviews to see where they may have made some mistakes and the crew leader addressed all my areas of concern without me having to say anything I was extremely impressed as well as all of his crew with one female that was working harder than the two other men not to say they weren t working hard. Everyone was fantastic.

They were very professional, I was able to schedule the work right away (no waiting list or weeks of waiting). Their rates are very competitive compared to other gutter companies.

Shine called back almost immediately, came to house and counted windows and doors, called back with price within an hour. 2 gentleman in a truck outfitted to clean windows showed up and did a great job.

Shine cleaned our windows inside and outside. I would have preferred if the guys took off their shoes when working inside our home. Also I have had windows cleaned in the past and the other company wiped down the sills after putting the screens back into the windows which was a bit more thorough.

The men were very professional and did a wonderful job. I will hire them again for sure.
