Daniel met with me, discussed my needs and issues, did a diagnostic check on my system, made hardware and software recommendations to solve my issues , installed additional memory , installed software and hardware. He even helped me out with my HD TV setups. I found Daniel to be punctual (he came to my home/office on several occassions and showed up at our agreed upon times on my schedule which was important to me), he was knowledgable ( he made recommendations that were within my budget and knew enough about product performance to make recommendations that saved me money) and he was courteous and patient . On several occassions, Daniel fixed software issues remotely for me. I found his prices to be very reasonable. When I am ready to upgrade my system or if I have any other computer issues I plan on calling Daniel.
