THIS COMPANY HAD TO COME OUT SEVERAL TIMES TO FIX THE SAME PROBLEM. THE GENTLEMEN THAT WAS SENT OUT, DID NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY TOOK SOME PIECES APART AND NEVER PUT THEM BACK. WHEN I CALLED FOR ASSISTANCE I NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE.

I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM THIS COMPANY. I HAD TO CALL THEM BACK TO REPAIR A PART THAT WAS NOT FIXED ON THEIR FIRST TRIP. THIS COST ME MORE MONEY.

OVERALL, I AM PRETTY PLEASED WITH THE WAY MY CARPETING LOOKS AFTER SERVICE MASTER HAS CLEANED IT. THEY WORK HARD TO REMOVE STAINS AND TO PAY EXTRA ATTENTION TO THE MAIN PATHS OF TRAFFIC THAT ARE ESPECIALLY DIRTY.
