After a very window storm recently, there were several leaks. When I called him about it, he said my warranty was only for materials, but it was a problem with gaps in the material. There is no warranty for the quality of work. He first said that they don't do roofs anymore, but then agreed to have Keith come out to assess the damage and fix it. Keith never showed, and they have not returned my calls since then. I have contracted another roofing company to fix my roof.
