Screen Fabricators Unlimited

They came to my home and I signed a contract with them for installing the window were doors originally were at one time. The job was estimated to take 6-8 weeks to complete. The community refused to issue a permit. The Owner of this company Wayne but time and effort into trying numerous times to get permit for job. The company is now holding my deposit and refuse to return it. The even refuse to take my calls now. The keep stalling. Finally after a year I would just like my deposit to be returned. We know the community will not issue the permit because the difference of the apartment structure.

My original white screen enclosure was now more often than not brown and green.  The white finish had deteriorated and required constant maintenance to keep the mold off.  It looked like crap and needed to be replaced.  I mentioned this to a friend at a dive club I had just joined and he recommended me to a fellow member who had done work for other members that were very pleased with his work.   He introduced me to Wayne the owner of Screen fabricators.  A very friendly gentleman, a retired metal shop instructor who decided to use his acquired knowledge and skill in the commercial market. 
When he came out to my property I was very impressed by his knowledge and skill in taking measurements and explaining the technicalities and current state of Florida law and architectural requirements.  He knew his stuff.  Better yet his estimate was $2,000.00 lower than the nearest competitor who wanted $6,000.00 if I was willing to forgo a building permit.
His two employees, Shayne and Craig came out  and tore down the old aluminum enclosure.  They were two very congenial young men respectful, clean and quiet.  They were very patient in answering all my questions and never took offense if I pointed out things that were suspect to me in my ignorance.  When time came to erect the new structure they appeared on time and took their time to do everything properly.  They were careful not to damage the preexisting tile deck and everything came together as planned and to my satisfaction.  My enclosure, now Bronze instead of white is a thing of beauty that greatly enhances the aesthetics of my property.
Normally I shun doing business with someone I have to come into contact with socially, but this time it payed off.
