June 2018 These people are the absolute best. They removed my old fence and installed the new fence quickly and on time as promised. May 2020 (two years later) These people are better than best. Two years later I had a question about the fence. I was nothing out of the ordinary, just normal wear and tear on a wood fence in Florida. They quietly (the dog didn't bark once) and without any fanfare, fuss, or bother, they came and did a little tweak or two, fixing the problem. They are amazing. Thank you, Laraine and Company.

Very happy with my final product. The sales person (Ryan) came at his scheduled time, gave me a quote on the spot and then followed up with engineering specs for the PVC fence I requested so I could compare directly against the other quotes. Installation took a few weeks extra but we had Hurricane Irma happen in the interim and I know a lot of emergency repair work had to get done (NEVER BUY A WOOD FENCE IN FLORIDA PEOPLE!). The install crew put in 172' feet of PVC fence in about 7 hours and it's perfect and approved by Cooper City Public Works. Very happy and I'd definitely recommend Saylor Fence.

Called Laraine to set up appt. for an estimate. Ryan arrived exactly the agreed upon time. He measured and discussed our need to replace the chain link fence surrounding our pool with a 6 foot wood fence with 2 gates. Ryan showed us pictures of various styles and since the city is so strict we stayed with the shadow box. We got several other estimates however from the first phone call, the responsiveness to all calls, to getting permits,and answering questions was impressive. Laraine returned calls and emails promptly and even accommodated us with changes to the plan. We were told the job would be done in approximately 3 days and Mike did the job in 2. The professionalism of the entire family and the quality of the work was fantastic. I would highly recommend Saylor to anyone needing a fence.

I called Saylor Fence based on the favorable reviews and I am SO glad I did. 
I spoke to Laraine who had or got any information I needed quickly before and throughout the process and she scheduled an appointment for me to get an estimate for the following day.
Ryan came to give me an estimate and wasn?t put off at all when I requested that he break the estimate down by section and for two different styles of fencing and he did so with no hesitation or reservations. Based on the estimates and the way that I was treated, I decided to have the job done by Saylor fence Inc..
Mike was in charge of my installation and was at the top of the game. if I had an idea or wanted to remind him of something that we had talked about, he had already handled it. Mike and Jose worked on my job as though they were installing fencing on their own properties. The owner Don stopped by to introduce himself and check on the installation. Everyone associated with the company is awesome. It's a family owned and operated company and I felt as if I had known them for a long time even though I did not.
I would recommend and have recommended Saylor Fence to neighbors and friends. It is crazy how many compliments I have already gotten, even  from strangers just walking in the area. I couldn?t be happier with this company and the work they did. My new fencing really makes my home look great and I have the added benefits of safety and increased property value!

Great job all along the way. Was easily able to have Saylor coordinate permits and timing with my pool contractor. They started and finished in one day. I needed a gate fixed so it would be self closing and it gave them a lot of trouble. Fortunately Saylor committed to getting it repaired and working right, putting in the extra effort. Really appreciated that.

Clearly outlined what would be necessary. Pulled all permits, supplied what was needed for HOA. Showed up when they said they would; cleaned up magnificently. Fence is absolutely perfect!

They were on time and very courteous. Ryan gave us a less expensive estimate than the other fence companies which included removal and disposal of the old fencing. The others were leaving the removal and disposal as an unknown amount. The estimate also includes a 2 year workmanship guarantee. We will be using them when we are ready to replace our fencing later this year.

I called Saylor Fence for an estimate on a small repair job on two of our wooden gates. Some of the fence boards had rotted so the gate hinges had come loose on the first gate. It wouldn't close and was basically hanging from the top hinge. The other gate wasn't plumb so it was difficult to open and close properly.
Fortunately, the owner was in my area installing a fence when I called for the estimate so he was able to come over the same day to take a look at my gates. He told me that it was a pretty simple fix and offered to take care of it right then. I had expected that I'd have to schedule the repair for some date in the future so I was really happy that it could be done immediately.
He did a great job and the price was very fair. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Saylor Fence to anyone based on my experience today. I only wish I had found them sooner!

I met with Ryan on our property for an estimate in the pouring rain which didn't seem to bother him, he carried on measuring as if it was a sunny day! Out of five other estimates we decided on Saylor Fencing for their prompt return of calls and mid priced estimate. We made our 50% down deposit and then 25% required at the start of the job, I met Don on the job with his team of two other men he was very pleasant and I was surprised at how much that had completed already. The job was completed swiftly and and without a hitch. We had to wait for our landscaping permit to be signed off by the city before the fence could be signed off as its part of the same permit. I spoke to Lorraine in the office to explain that we held the final check until we had the permit signed, she was very understanding and patient.
Saylor Fence were very professional with every step of the job and I highly recommend them. I will definitely use them again in the future.

We have been very happy with Saylor Fence. They gave us the best price (we contacted the top rated companies on Angies list) for the product we chose. They took care of the permission process with the HOA and with the City (before and after installation). Starting from Ryan who came to take measurements, Laraine who was super prompt in all the communication regarding the pricing, and then the permission process, to Don, who worked very quickly and very well to do a fantastic job, we have been happy with them from the start to the end. We definitely recommend this company.

Our fence was originally installed by Saylor about 5 years ago. It has been a fabulous addition and whenever we have had any issue such as a broken latch due to careless people working on our property they have been quick to repair said issue true to their guarantee.
This last problem came about because the area surrounding the 3 posts has not been rinsed with plain water after our pressure cleaning contractors used chlorine to clean around the area many times over the past 5 years. Eventually this abuse created the problem of the rusted poles. Only 3 of the 25 poles surrounding our pool were affected due to the draining in that area.
Don was punctual at getting the job finished which included re-drilling holes and filling around the poles with cement. He and his crew were so quick and quiet and clean about it all I barely knew they were there doing the work.
I felt what I paid was very fair work and both Don and Lorraine are very nice people to deal with.

Saylor Fence delivered more than they promised, it was an easy and pleasant experience dealing with the owners and their crew. They accomodated their schedule time and time again due to delays on the pool construction without any hassle. They were fast in getting permits and completing the job with minor incidentes that they professionally handled very well. Congratulations to Saylor Fence, I wish other service providers we are dealing now were so efficient and honest. I strongly recomend them if you are looking for quality and responsiveness.

Saylor came out, gave us an estimate (that did NOT include an extra charge for being a small job) and a discount if we paid by check or cash. As soon as our permit was approved, they called and gave us an install date, showed up right on time and finished the job that day. The fence is a board-on-board and it's beautiful--sturdy, high-quality lumber, constructed on site, well-built and level, and gives us the privacy we desired. Saylor also gives a 2-year guarantee on their work. They left the area neat and clean. I would definitely use them again for any fencing needs. Don and his crew were champs. I have never seen three men work so hard and in not the best conditions. Don was really professional and has a really high level of service.
