Excellent. The service manager called me back personally - and inquired what I needed - and told me the service could be done at my convenience. I dropped off the car, enjoyed a really good lunch in their deli and the car was done in less than the time expected.

Recently had my 2012 Ford Explorer (which I also leased from Sawgrass Ford) in for routine maintenance. I found the staff to be professional, honest and timely. This hasn't always been my experience when dealing with dealerships. Would definitely recommend them.

Alignment was worse then when I turned it in. Took the 3 times to get it better. Still not as good as I think it should be. When removing my wheels they scratched all of the rims. They where replaced by them. Don't know if I went on a bad day but I would not use them again even though they did make it right. The extra time I had to take to have them align it correctly, then have to come back a week later to have them replace the rims. I looked at having them put new tires on at the time (mine are still good only 18k on them) they wanted to charge to put them on even though they would have to take mine off and put them on the new rims. Will not use them again.

Geico (the other person's insurance) sent me to Sawgrass Ford Collision Repair Dept. to have my car repaired, after a minor fender-bender. It took them ten days to repair my car. The external repairs look okay, but they failed to reprogram my radio and cd player (I had to do that myself). The next morning, I could not unlock the car with the key. I had to call a locksmith to unlock my car and I had the key. The locks were non-responsive. $85.00 was the cost of the locksmith. My car is a mercedes benz. When I took it back to Sawgrass Ford, they said they were not responsible for the locks, so guess who has to fix the locks? I also contacted Geico and they refuse to do anything. I am very disappointed in Sawgrass Ford Collision Dept. and Geico.

I bought a new ford escape. I pick up the SUV around 7pm it was getting dark so I did not notice the heavy corrosion that it had on the brakes. I called several times and they hang up the phone. Horrible service. They said they weren't sure if the warranty will cover the corrosion problem because it was normal wear. But it was a brand new SUV. It suppose to be in impeccable condition. Do not buy from this dealer. Biggest mistake ever.

Stopped in on a Saturday while in the area. We didn't know anything about this dealership but had been doing research on the Ford Fusion. The salesman Norman(Stormin Norman) greeted us in a friendly and non sales threatening way as my wife and I walked around the lot. He was fully knowledgable about the car and gave us a quote on a lease.
I have shopped at many dealerships over the past 25 years here in South Florida. Most are unprofessional and just need to make a sale, so I have walked out on many ignorant car sales people and managers. Being in Finance myself, I am familiar with all the terminology and workings of auto purchases and Lease deals, so there is little they can BS me with.
Over the next 2 days I shopped at 3 different Ford dealers in the area and only one other acted professional but was way off on the pricing. At a dealer in Delray I started to walk to the showroom when a salesman standing in front of the door asked if he could help. As he started rattling off details about the car I asked if had a particular color in stock. He said and quot;are you ready to make a commitment todayand quot;? Wanted me to commit to buying a car just to find out if the color I liked was in stock, which I can easily find out online where the dealers inventory is posted. Needless to say I walked away and called Norman at Sawgrass Ford.
Norman went back to his manager and renegotiated the deal. I got what I was looking for and went the next morning to pick up my car.
The entire process at Sawgrass Ford was a pleasure and we were finished and driving home the new car in a little over an hour. No other car dealership I have been to has made the car buying process so easy and without stress.
I highly recommend Sawgrass Ford and Stormin' Norman!

They have been very good. That's why I bought my car there. They treated me well from the get-go. I haven't had any problems with them. I don't have to bring the vehicle in that often for oil service, because I don't drive very much. Every time I have been in there, the advisor has taken care of me. They get everything done that needs to get done.
