I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICES THAT SANSONE PROVIDED. IT TOOK THE WORKERS LESS THAN A HOUR TO REPAIR THE FURNACE. SINCE THE FILTERS HAVE BEEN CHANGED AND THE OLD WIRES ARE REMOVED, THE EXTREMELY COLD AIR BLOWS OUT AT A STEADY RATE.

I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICES THIS COMPANY PROVIDED OR THEIR EMPLOYEES. THE WORKERS CAME OUT SEVERAL TIMES AND NEVER FIXED THE PROBLEM THAT I CALLED ABOUT. THE FURNACE IS STILL BLOWING OUT HOT AIR AND MAKING RATTLING SOUNDS.
