Description of Work: Tiger DIrect couldn't help. Best Buy couldn't help. TV sound was lost. This was a 56" LG/HD Led TV. They are expensive!! Called this gentleman and he gave us hint and said if it doesn't work, call back and I'll schedule a time to come out. IT WORKED! No charge--just good advice to help. The other retailers basically suggested we buy a new TV or get a mom/pop repair.
