Had all my window and door hardware replaced in my two bedroom condo. Within 3 months, I started having problems. They promised to come back for the door handle that was supposed to be changed with the lock, but never did. They had the nerve to continue to bill me for $100.00 when I had already paid them $1600.00 and the job was not complete. Now I have a reputable window company replacing hardware because they said Sammy's used inferior and incorrect, not strong enough mechanisms, for the size of the windows. This company is only interested in making the fast buck and servicing their customers properly.

Excellent! Sammy's arrived on time cleared the drainage problem and resealed the track. His workers were also pleasant and professional. Did not leave a mess behind. I would definitely hire his company again

Could not find any window company to do this small job of replacing the glass pane in an old crank out window. Was so happy to find Sammy and his team who did an excellent job, they were professional, punctual and reasonably priced. Would rate them A+ and would hire again.

I had Sammy come in to fix 1 (one) window crank.  The cost of the crank online is 19.99.  They charged me 127.00 for the 10 minute (max) repair. They gave NO estimate and hit me with the OUTRAGEOUS bill.  Don't make the mistake I did and do not use this company.

Great. They called the day before to confirm time and date of service. They showed up exactly on time. They saved me $thousands by fixing the existing windows vs replacing. My wife and 85 year old mother can slide open the doors with 1 finger now..

.Couldn't ask for more. The job was more involved than he'd thought, but he honored the estimate. We found later in the day that several windows wouldn't close completely. Sammy was back in a couple of days to fix them. He saved us a bundle

They were good at responding, It's an old duplex that was built in the late 60's it's difficult to find a mechanism to repair the windows. He was good about doing partial payments. I would recommend him!

The did a great job. Very good at communication and follow up, prompt courteous and reasonably priced.

Prompt, friendly service. Worked around the furniture so we didn't have to move anything. Provider came to replace bedroom window; we asked about repairing track of garage window as well when he arrived, and he was able to do it that same day. In total, it took provider less than an hour to complete everything. Highly satisfied.

This is an update to my previous review which was based on my misunderstanding of what an employee was trying to tell me: I called to have my balcony rescreened and was told they were very busy at this time. However, Sammy's has a person who handles certain of their projects such as my balcony rescreening. The employee I spoke with, who I understand was fairly new to the office, tried to explain this to me when I called but I misunderstood her to say that they were too busy to take on my smaller job at all, which was not the case. I did eventually call the person whose number I was given: Kevin. His work was excellent, he charged me a very fair price, he showed up when he said he would and he finished the work quickly. When he was done, he cleaned up thoroughly. I would recommend him highly and I expect to use him again for another screening project at my house. Sorry if I misunderstood and gave Sammy's Windows a negative review as it was unjustified. My mistake. Thanks for the prompt and professional service.

Vendor showed up on time and was polite, friendly, and professional. They immediately began to look at the areas of concern and gave me the cost of the work on the spot. The cost seemed reasonable, so we asked them to go ahead. They immediately began to perform the work and were done quickly. Everything was done well, and we have had no further issues.

Very responsive team. Super busy, but was able to come promptly when i told them we couldn't close the window and water could come in. Not cheap, but quality professional.
