Had all my window and door hardware replaced in my two bedroom condo. Within 3 months, I started having problems. They promised to come back for the door handle that was supposed to be changed with the lock, but never did. They had the nerve to continue to bill me for $100.00 when I had already paid them $1600.00 and the job was not complete. Now I have a reputable window company replacing hardware because they said Sammy's used inferior and incorrect, not strong enough mechanisms, for the size of the windows. This company is only interested in making the fast buck and servicing their customers properly.

Excellent! Sammy's arrived on time cleared the drainage problem and resealed the track. His workers were also pleasant and professional. Did not leave a mess behind. I would definitely hire his company again

Could not find any window company to do this small job of replacing the glass pane in an old crank out window. Was so happy to find Sammy and his team who did an excellent job, they were professional, punctual and reasonably priced. Would rate them A+ and would hire again.

Great company and people.

I had Sammy come in to fix 1 (one) window crank.  The cost of the crank online is 19.99.  They charged me 127.00 for the 10 minute (max) repair. They gave NO estimate and hit me with the OUTRAGEOUS bill.  Don't make the mistake I did and do not use this company.

Called Sammy's for service as a first time customer.  I got an answering machine and left a message.  Didn't hear back from anyone until two days later. 

Set an appointment for two days later and Sammy's was a NO SHOW and NOT EVEN THE COURTESY OF A CALL  TO ADVISE THEY WERE RUNNING LATE.  I called them back and was told that they were running behind schedule and someone would call me right back.   I never got that call.   The next day I called again and spoke to someone who apologized and took my number and said someone would call me  back.  Waited all day and no one ever called.

At this point I can only assume that this business could care less about my business.  

Everything was excellent. Price was competitive and the work was great!

Great. They called the day before to confirm time and date of service. They showed up exactly on time. They saved me $thousands by fixing the existing windows vs replacing. My wife and 85 year old mother can slide open the doors with 1 finger now..

Sammy's was fine, they called me right away and told me that they are mainly a replacement operation and do not do the work I was looking for.

.Couldn't ask for more. The job was more involved than he'd thought, but he honored the estimate. We found later in the day that several windows wouldn't close completely. Sammy was back in a couple of days to fix them. He saved us a bundle

They were good at responding, It's an old duplex that was built in the late 60's it's difficult to find a mechanism to repair the windows. He was good about doing partial payments. I would recommend him!

I made an appointment to obtain an estiamte to replace all of the screens in my home and to install two screen doors for my sliding glass doors. I rearranged my work day and confirmed the appointment yesterday with the office. This morning I recevied a call from the person who was to come out and give me an estimate, turns out he was the owner, telling me he did not need to come out and give an estimate that he could simply give me the prices over the phone. When I told him that I wanted him to come out and look at the job so I could discuss my options he argued with me and told me that it was not necessary. I was treated with complete disrespect and insulted by his attitude. What is even more disappointing, it was the owner of the company that wasted my time and treated me so rudely.

They were professional over the phone and scheduled for an estimate. I could not be present during the estimate and he said he could measure it from the outside since it was on the first floor. The day came for the estimate I called the office and was told they would send it to me via email. I never received it called the next day was told Sammy was out they took all my info again and said they would call me with all the details. few days later called again and was told they still had not put together an estimate but would get back to me shortly. Few days later I called again and so on till I gave up after about 5 plus calls and 2 weeks. The reviews looked good for this company when I made the call but this same story played out with 3 other small companies until I finally went with a much higher priced large firm on the Beach. I paid way to much for the repair with that company close to $600 for impact glass replacement on a standard size window, but at least they followed through.

The did a great job. Very good at communication and follow up, prompt courteous and reasonably priced.
