"I'm sorry our prices are too high for you even with the discounts we gave you on your June 2015 visit. We really try to [Member Information Removed] competitive as possible and do the [Member Information Removed] we can to keep tabs on the current market [Member Information Removed] of the same repairs. [Member Information Removed] the urgency, your Front Brakes, Battery, and Serpentine Belt were certainly "urgent" in our mind when it comes to your vehicle's safety and reliability. Your oil leaks were not urgent, which is why we did not recommend making any repair at that time. Hopefully the vehicle was repaired well. Should you need anything at all, please let us try to price match something for you."

What a terrific shop compared to where I had been going! The waiting area was spotlessly clean, offered delicious Keurig coffee, a TV and had a very clean bathroom as well as comfortable seating. If you're feeling down, Sam is guaranteed to have a really good joke that will put a smile on your face....and he can tell it to you in English or Spanish.
I knew I needed to get the lights fixed on my car and I was surprised when I called that Sam said I could bring the car in and he would take care of it right away......and he did. Before doing the work, he explained what was entailed. The entire repair job was documented in a printout that is also kept on the office computer. The price was fair relative to similar repairs I've had done before. He did not try to upsell me on any other services.
I guarantee you will be pleased. Finally, a car repair shop where the owner explains ahead of doing the work what the repair process will entail. The shop is organized and well-run. I feel lucky to have discovered Sam's Automotive and highly recommend that you give them a try.

Sams was great!! The guy at the counter (can't remember his name) was very welcoming and went above and beyond when he presented what needed to be done on my car. He was not pushy and very honest. He printed out the car care list for my car care maintenance and fully informed me of what I should do and what is priority at this time. I was very pleased with the service I received and would definitely return to Sams!!

I used to live there but not anymore but I like their service and I would recommend them. Price is fine, it's reasonable.

They are professional but very expensive. I felt the dealership would have been cheaper. It's a small operation and the owner was very honest and told me what I needed for my vehicle. It's a more personable experience.

Just to address the prices for your piece of mind, I just called a local Mazda dealer here in Ft. Lauderdale and to have all the same services as your last service with us, I was quoted over the phone, $229.00 more than you paid. We understand you're happy, but we want you to be (to quote Patch Adams) "Excessively Happy"! As always, if you have any concerns (especially about pricing), please let us know before or during service. We never want to let anyone leave here even marginally unsatisfied."
