I had hired another carpet cleaning company from your website. They came out and charged me double and my carpets looked worse then before. I called rug ratz carpet cleaning and they assured me they would be able to get my carpets fixed. They came out on time and did everything they said they would and exceeded my expectations. My neighbors have all used them now as well. What a fantastic company. Would hope that angies list would list them as a top provider.
