He scraped, caulked, repaired/replaced necessary wood trims, filled in holes and painted the outside of our house.  It looks really nice.  Everyone who has seen it thinks it looks very nice too.  We were a little skeptical at first since we had been burned by another painter on another property but are very pleased with his job. It took him 5 days total, 2 or 3 days of it on necessary prep time.  He did things our previous painter never did. He knew exactly what kind of paint to use.  He used a sprayer for the garage doors, no more brush marks, Yay!  We have also hired him to paint the inside of our house too. Can't wait to see the much needed improvement inside as well.

He responded immediately after our call.   He told us what he would be doing.   He evaluated the extend of the work that had to be preformed.  The estimate was given to us as soon as he evaluated how much prep work had to be done.
Scraping  the exterior was  a two day job, which was great for the end job.   Our back porch looks great and we know the paint will last because he did so much work, but he also uses quality paint.

His paint job was great! The house looks great, and he did it very quickly. He left the house also very clean.

Ruben was great. I spoke to him on a Wednesday afternoon asking if he can do a job by Friday afternoon. He was able to come out on Thursday morning to give me an estimate. We set up a time, and he was actually here perfectly on time. We agreed on the price and he did the work right then and there. It was a surprise for a family member so we had to remove everything for him to start. I have never received such excellent service. The fact that he was able to come the very next day, give me an estimate, and start work was something that does not have every day. The quality of work he did was incomparable. He recommended several options for me and I told him to do what he thought looked better since he's the professional. He painted 2 big bathrooms. Did not leave a mess. Attentive to detail. Was very clean in all that he did. He did several coats of paint to make sure it came out great. I let him do his own thing and it worked out better than I would have ever thought. We had an event the very next day and everyone complimented the bathroom appeal. Conducting business with him was easy and I could not be happier with the work done.
I highly recommend him to anyone that wants a professional painter. I will definitely call him in the very near future to paint more.

Ruben responded promptly to a request for an estimate. He scheduled a date for the painting, and arrived at the appointed time. Everything went smoothly, as planned. There were no surprises. Ruben is very net, and kept us informed of his progress. He was eager to please, and you couldn't ask for anything more. It was a very pleasant experience to have a conscientious and skilled painter.

Ruben arrived on time. He looked over the kitchen cabinets I had and gave me a price to paint all of them using a Rust-Oleum product called "Cabinet Transformations". I wanted to either reface or refurbish my cabinets rather than replace them because of the expense involved in replacing. The product is said to make cabinets look new instead of having to replace them. Ruben was fine, but I decided to explore other options as I thought the price was too high for what was actually being done.

I was preparing my house for sale and called Ruben De La Rosa for an estimate on some interior wall painting. Ruben showed up that afternoon and we talked a bit about what I wanted. We walked through the house and I showed him the rooms to be painted. He offered a few suggestions, and then made me an offer for the entire interior of the house (living room, dining room, kitchen, hallway, ceilings, and 4 bedrooms (to include the walk-in closet in the master bedroom). The estimate was very fair, and I asked how much more to refinish the kitchen cabinets and again, a very fair estimate. Ruben went on to fully explain how the job would be done, to include repairing a number of holes in the walls (I have 2 dogs and a number of young grandchildren). Ruben is a very personable and friendly guy and I accepted his offer. He showed up the next morning right on time and got to work. He worked on the house for a total of 4 days (he works alone) and I was amazed at the work he did. The color that he recommended was spot on, the paint was seamless, flawless, and when he finished he went along the baseboards of the entire house and laid a small bead of caulk so there was no small gap between the baseboards and wall. Something I had never seen before and to me, made a great look. The kitchen cabinets came out amazing. I was extremely pleased with how they turned out. Whenever he saw a little something that needed repair, he fixed it. I had a couple of small sections of baseboard missing and he got out his miter saw and cut and replaced the missing baseboards. Ruben definitely knows his job and I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family for any painting needs.

I cannot say enough good things about this contractor. He is an incredibly rare individual with a work ethic and eye for detail that is seldom seen. He is always on time, always courteous, unbelievably talented in his chosen craft, efficient and hard working. I am so proud of what his skills did to transform our home. I would encourage anyone seeking a painter to employ him. He is the very best there is.

Everything went very smoothly, from initial phone conversations, his visit for an estimate, and all the painting. He worked quickly and efficiently. The previous owner of the house had painted most of the rooms bright colors, and had done a very sloppy job of it. Ruben did a great job covering it up, making the edges look neat, etc. He was also just a polite, nice person. We are very happy with the work he did for us, and would hire him again if we needed someone to do more painting.
