Alex and Reinaldo, owners of RPM Express Home Improvement and Design took 18K to start what he told us was to be a '45 day project' but 7 months later it wasn't started. They claimed his contractor took off with the money and they were 'a victim too'. They did, however, have plenty of money to offer to buy our house instead of returning our money, and they did have plenty of cash to renovate several other self-owned properties in the area (to turn over quickly and sell).

I hate giving a bad review and at first liked working with this firm. The quality of the work was very poor. The contractor assured me several times that they would take care of the problems but never did. It took months and many calls to get a hole in the shower tile fixed. All the caulking and grouting need so be redone and the grout haze cleaned. Even though I was told it would be done, it wasn't. I have pictures to verify all I am saying. Many of the floor tiles had to be removed and replaced because there was no soundproofing installed under them. Theré's still more to do. This job is only 5 months old. I paid in full. Big mistake.
