ROOMS TO GO

It was good.

.I had part of my order delivered on Friday. During delivery, I noticed there was damage to 2 of the dining room chairs. The movers told me that someone would call me shortly and had me sign something when they left. No one called me. I then noticed there was also a scratch in the base of the dining room table. I called rooms to go customer service and spoke to a nice women who told me she would call me back in a few hours. I did not receive a call back. I called yesterday and they made arrangements to replace the furniture next week. Today I was moving the couch away from the wall and noticed there is a rip in the leather. I called rooms to go showroom and they told me to call customs service. I called customer service and they are closed today. I am very disappointed that over half of my delivery arrived damaged and can only suspect the delivery people are not very careful with the merchandise. It is inconvenient to have to have the furniture picked up and delivered again and it should not be arriving with tears in the chairs and couch and scratches on the table. I will call their customer service tomorrow again for the couch and try to get this resolved but I won't be buying anything else from them again
