Amazing company to work with!! Point of contact was amazing, anytime I reached out I would get a response in a timely manner! Any concerns that we addressed were taken care of immediately. And our roof looks amazing! So many of our neighbors asked for contact information. We are extremely satisfied with this company.

Overall they did a good job with the roof and things went smoothly. UNTIL we had a leak, which is under warranty and they will not come out to fix it. I have called and left messages and spoke to Alex. I was told someone would come out, but never did. And now, my calls are not returned. I was told that probably flashing needs to be resealed.

No concerns. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and were there when they said they would be. They cleaned up well after every work day, keeping the neighbors and HOA satisfied.

He came and did a nice presentation as to what he could do. He was very professional. He would be there every single day. He came in the morning and dropped off his people. It was a language barrier. It was their job to remove every single nail on the roof. I was personally up there with a hammer pulling the nail out of the wood. The inspection was a nightmare. Over all I ran into problems. The tiles were different colors. I stated that I want all the tiles the same colors. They told me that it was no problem, that it will all be the same color. The guys still put down the tiles. The workers do not speak English. The company was not going to do anything where they got the tiles from.  I paid him already in advance. The bottom line is I got a roof. I was there to prevent what was happening, but I could not. It may not look pretty, but the job was done correctly. He was a salesman, he had a great pitch and presentation. The quality of the workers were not good. If your workers speak Spanish and your customer only speaks English you got a problem. These are guys he picked up in a home depot parking lot. He met the terms of the contract. I give him credit for that. The appearance was not good. He claims is was not his fault. He claimed it was the tile company. No one took responsibility when things went wrong.
