We have white slate roofing that grows mold very quickly in our area, so they had to use a special chemical to clean it. They had a particular product that I was looking for and they were the only company I could find that used this. They were decent people and did a good job. They didn't ruin our yard or break any tiles, so I was happy. The cost was more than normal, but they provided more than just pressure washing.

The whole service went very well. We had signed up for an estimate at a Home Show after speaking with the company representative and were pleased that they contacted us within days of the Home Show being finished. The crew arrived when expected and a further explanation of what they would be doing to the roof was given. The roof was cleaned and once dry the copper treatment was applied. The fellow in charge was very friendly and discussed the expectations of the treatment. The roof remained exceptionally clean for several years with no darkening from dirt or moss at all. It is only now, years later that we now need the roof cleaned and the treatment reapplied. Neighbors have had to have their roofs cleaned at least every year, some more often and we were so pleased that ours has remained in such great shape for so long.

Arrived on time.Happy with the job. Worker said he "fixed a broken tile at no charge". Exact same line he gave our neighbor when he did thier roof. Come on......

This company when called gave me a time and date and estimate for their service (pressure clean roof and apply anti fungal coating). . A half hour before their arrival time I was called and told that there was a delay and said they would come later in the day. Approximately four hours later I was called again and told they could not come that day and another appointment was made for a later date. This time they arrived on schedule and cleaned and pressure washed the roof and applied whatever product they use to keep mold off the roof. The job took about three hours. The roof appeared very clean. The cleanup around the house from residue was very good. Both young men doing the job were pleasant and professional. As for the product warranted to keep the roof clean for 2 years we will have to wait and see. At this point I would have to say I would recommend this company and its work.
