After making multiple trips to RoboVault for a few months with my car, it was time to have the moving company move the rest of my belongings. I wish I could say that the moving van was able to back right up to my unit and unload from 5 feet away but for some reason the big bay doors don't open high enough by only one inch to allow the moving truck to back in. So it was a little frustrating to be put off by one little inch - the big bay door wants to close to give you security but it can't, but it keeps trying until we had to have Melanie (always professional and helpful) turn off the electricity. Now that I am moving out of state it is so easy to get estimates because I know the exact weight of my belongings. I think Robovault is about twice as expensive as any other storage facility but there is just no comparison; if you value your possessions enough to pay for storage then you will want them to be in a brightly lit, easy to get to, temperature and humidity controlled (other places really lie about this stuff, they have nothing but a thermostat and keep the places at about 78º and there is no humidity control), and very secure and very private place. No one can see what you are doing, what you are storing, or get to you while you are doing it. Have fun and blast your stereo in the bay (engine off obviously) while you unload your car and step about 4 or 5 feet to your storage unit. Some one would have to cut off your index finger to be able to get into your unit (and they still would not have the little plastic key thing or your code), but you can add more people's fingers to your account incase you want other people to have access. I have rented two units, a 10 x 5 and a 10 x 15, but they have storage units that are tiny enough for a ring or big enough for a few cars.

I have been working with RoboVault for about a year now and they have not let us down. If you call them, ask for Tyler, he is great and really knows his stuff when it comes to handling and packing fragile items like chandeliers and sculptures. They worked with one of my clients interior designers and I'm glad I referred them because my client was very pleased with their service.
