Riverland replaced the mirror and repaired the molding on my antique armoire. It looks as good as the original! The service was excellent. They kept me informed on the process, pick up and delivery was punctual and the price was below what I expected to pay. I highly recommend them for any refinishing or restoration.

I called this company after a hurricane destroyed most of the furniture in my home.They were very nice (the owner and his mother) and they were very patient and accommodating waiting for my insurance settlement, before I could allow them to begin work on the furniture. Unfortunately, when the furniture was delivered, it was obvious that they didn't pay particular attention to detail. The tops of dresser drawers were not sanded and finished, so clothing would snag along the edge when removed from the drawers. The underside of the drawer handles were left unfinished and felt rough when you opened them. The top of an armoire was left unfinished (they said no one would see it). They got the job because they insisted that all of the furniture would be put back like new, including the wet bedroom furniture feet. When they brought the furniture back to me, it had new, different feet. When questioned, they said "oh yeah, we were unable to do that". They illustrated their displeasure with the issues I pointed out by not returning the small jewelry drawer that fit into the dresser drawer. First, they stalled about returning it, then they denied ever having it. They did take back the drawers and finish the edges and some of the drawer handles. So, Grade A, if you're just looking for some nice folks to chat with, but Grade D on their business practices and repairs.
