Greetings... My name is Richard A. Hamann Jr. I am a 4th generation demolition contractor I am the son of Richard Hamann Sr , grandson of Kenny Hamann Sr and great grandson of Anthony Russo, who started our demolition legacy in 1957. We are a family owned and operated business, passed down from generation to generation. I take extreme pride and honor in being able to carry on the discipline, work ethics, integrity and, trade secrets that my family has passed down and instilled in me. We always put safety first and, we are always on time. We use environmentally aware Eco-green recycling methods of disposal. We assure an immaculate job site from arrival to execution. Every job is carefully planned with a very methodical approach. We guarantee a family member on every job site to ensure the quality of your project ,also are employees are very educated and professional, most of them have been with us for over 10 years, which always provides us with a very harmonious environment no matter where we are.

What a disgusting organization to work with! We brought them out for a quote. Their contract states they want 1/2 upfront, which they keep whether or not they start the job based on permit approval. They strung us along, and kept delaying for THREE MONTHS, we finally got fined by the city. They dodge all calls, and will text once a week to stall and buy more time. I have all texts messages, and will make a complete blog of our experience. Do not waste your time with these phonies. Save yourself the aggravation! We are receiving far better communication, but the original company; HamannAndSons (.com)

I had them demo my trailer everything was going well and I had to leave town why they were still working. I mad the 2nd payment with out inspecting the site. When I return I observed that their truck picking up the large equipment backed onto my septic cracking the lid. I contacted Hamann and they said they would fix it that was over a month ago. I have called weekly and keep getting excuses what’s holding them up. To replace the damaged they did is about a $300 job after I paid them $10,000. Terrible customer service. don’t make final payments till you check the job! They are holding up my final inspection and could care less!

Work was done as agreed. A bit more care could have been taken in the process but understood it's demolition work. Minimal consequential damage. Very pleased overall and would hire again.

Rick Hamann was very professional. Fast response. Affordable. They finished the job fast and left it immaculate. I was very impress with his whole team. I will most definitely recommend. Best contractor I met so far.
