Met Paul at the Home show in Fort Lauderdale. Came to the house as promised and I ordered three retractable screens. Sent in a $400.00 deposit and the proposal indicated a five week installation time. It is now one month late and Paul will not return any calls. If you call the office Monday, Valerie will answer and tell you parts or backordered. Terrible experience. Will go to small claims court and report to Broward county consumer affairs. Have sent letters also by fax and mail.
