About us
I have been a home and boat owner, built my own homes, overseen large projects with a team of 80+ contractors in a $3 Million renovation, owned and operated several businesses over 3 decades. I am committed to excellence in reliability, being on time, organization, logistics, keeping and leaving your home and the workspace clean and tidy. Repair Plus was created out of a vision for providing quality service and professionalism. I have other reliable subcontractors available for larger projects. Payment can be made in cash, certified check. Materials are to be paid in advance, or arranged as will-call with the home improvement / hardware store of your choosing. Introductory flat daily rates are available until September 30th for Broward County. Inquire about Miami/Date and Palm Beach.

She did all the work she was contracted to do. He was all business and professional. They don't like to have the work change after it is agreed on.

It was a fantastic experience. The best we have ever had. They were thoroughly knowledgeable, explained everything and did a wonderful job. They came on time and they were neat and cleaned up when the job was done.

You can look at all the work I have had done on numerous properties from contractor's on Angie's List, this is the first time I have had to give a bad review. I had talked to my lawyer about persuing some time of action, but he stated with running a business like they do, the chances that they would be bankrupt, before any action could be take.
First of all, I was quoted a price of 1200.00 plus 100.00 in material. I was never able to get a written quoted until the job was completed. The original quote was to include the texturing of the walls in the family room after removing the wallpaper. I was then told that they would not be able to sponge texture it the way the original oral agreement was but they would shoot a finish on the wall. Their was never a mention of a 600.00 price increase. When I received the written bill or quote after the job was done, it was for 1875.00. 500.00 more than the agreed price. We agreed to reduce that by 200.00 I was not trying to get anything for free. Their was some touch up that was suppose to be finished because of the rain, and they were to put on the Hunter Douglas Blinds back on in the proper sequence, after the roof was repaired to fix the 8 x 12 patch. This company showed up on a Saturday, took the blinds down and touched up the patio paint, that was put on during the rain and never dried, and ended up being walked on. They did not patch the hole that was made above the blinds as agreed. Had to do that myself. Then the blinds started to fall down, Called a Hunter Douglas installer and he told me that they were rehung wrong, that they became unstrung from being taken down. Asked him about replacing the blinds and Dave told me that they were the most expensive blind that Hunter Douglas made, and it would cost 3 to 4 thousand to replace them or I could send them back to the factory to get restrung. Decided to just replace them with vertical. Contacted Sandra from Repairs Plus, and let her know my displeasure and the possibility of seeking a lawyer, her response was to send me back her lawyer's #. I told her that her review would not be good, she stated she would respond. She can respond all she want's I have the emails and the text's to show what type of business that this company runs. You can decide yourself, I have over 10 reviews, that have all been positive. I regret having to write this review.

Sandra and Hank are two of the most courteous and professional
people I have had the pleasure of contracting. They are meticulous and
detail oriented. I trust them to be in my home when I'm not there which
makes it easy for me to continue my daily activities. They clean as they
go which is the utmost importance to me. I definitely give them a
