It went well. The roof doesn't leak. They were on time, and cleaned up after themselves.

Most aspects went well. My only complaint was that, even though it was in the contract, I think he should have verbally mentioned that the existing guttering would be taken down, but not put back up. We had to hire someone else to do that, which cost $130. Granted, Reliant's owner recommended the gutter company. I know it was in the contracft, but he should have also mentioned it.
The only other glitch was the phone line was inadvertantly cut during repair of the fascia, but was quickly repaired by the owner himself.
Overall a very good experience. They were punctual, fast and professional. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone. They have done several other jobs in our neighboorhood.

ONCE WE SIGNED OUR CONTACT -
The work began right on the day they said it would.
The foreman came to the door to let us know the job was going to start and told us where to move our cars to, so they would be safe.
The crew started by carefully placing the large loads of tiles in a location that would not harm our home or yard.
There were several men working each day..... but it was clear that they had a foreman on site the whole day, every day.
Each day, they let us know when they arrived, and kept in contact regarding the stages of the job.
The communication was excellent.
They crew was at work, each day and on time.
They never played music, (our last roofers blasted a boom-box all day).
They were very clean and neat as they worked, when they left for lunch or for the day.
They always kept a clear and safe path into our home.
The job was done right on time and they left the site intact and super clean!!
