After much wrangling and a negative review on this site, I finally got a response from Relax the Back regarding the quick deterioration of my arms on a nearly $2,000 Life Form Chair. Over a month had passed since I originally contacted the store with my issues. The store manager admitted they dropped the ball and promptly contacted Life Form who sent out the arms and I replaced them. They now look fine and I hope they are of a better material/construction than the original set.
I am not satisfied with the chair and have updated my review. However, my original complaint still stands, when you pay this amount of money for a product, it should not deteriorate as quickly as it did and the store should have been all over fixing these problems. I expect this from a big box store but not one selling the customer experience.
