Upholstering
All of it was bad. He was the worst. He was so terrible. But he was such a nice man. He was so bad, I actually called him and I said, "Did you do this work yourself? I thought maybe you had some kind of an apprentice do it." He actually gave us some of the money back because it was shockingly bad. I was beyond shocked. I never had any job in any category so bad as this guy. He was the best price. That really made me think. The guy has been in business a very long time. I just couldn't believe it. He did take the stuff to try to do it over again. He made an attempt to correct it. He was very nice. He was easy to reach and all those other things. It's just that technically his job was unbelievable. The seams were uneven and the cushions were stuffed irregularly. The seam burst on one of them two days after having it. I was just dumbfounded. I could not believe it.
