I was not provided with a complete report and, consequently, the seller made roof fascia repairs in the wrong area. When this was discovered the seller refused to do any more repairs and I was left having to pay out of my funds to have the repairs done. The example reports shown on this company’s website all include roof diagrams indicating with arrows the areas of needed repairs. The report I received did not include the diagram which resulted in the work being done to the wrong area. And the verbal description of the repairs was very general ie: “There are sections of damage at the fascia boards. We recommend that all fascia be replaced.”
