Description of Work: Hurricane shutters were installed, but a permit was not pulled and company failed to return $ owned to the home owner. They lied about being licensed and insured. They aren't!!!!

He doesn't have workers that have at least 1 year experience. I ordered high impact, Dade Co. code approved. They were inspected and passed. Once they were in, I realized that what I received was NOT county approved for 4th floor.
Description of Work: Installed accordion shutters.
